The Sociability Factor is a way of measuring an organization’s degree of social capital and an invitation to start conversations about how to nurture sociability (ie. ability to collaborate, share and trust) in organisations all over the world.
Inspired by social network analysis, our tool will focus on quickly and effectively finding patterns in organisational relations based on collaboration, knowledgesharing and trust.
We’re planning on launching our take late 2010.
